    Why do you use the term “snub?” A rabbi declining to perform an intermarriage may be a “snub” if the rabbi is rude, dismissive, lectures the couple, etc. But if handled politely and responsibly, why is it a snub? I know America is the land of entitlement but don’t Reform rabbis have autonomy too?
